Google has started rolling the updates announced at I/O 2013 event to different versions of Google+.

After having updated the desktop version of Google+, Google is now rolling out an update to mobile web version of the social networking service. Google in a post said the update aims to 'improve the look and feel of Google+ on the mobile web'.
Google+ redesign makes posts now appear as “cards” in the stream, which is likely to make it easier for users reading and +1'ing and re-sharing them. The Profiles and Pages have also been redesigned to include cover photos and larger touch-tap targets.
As you can notice, the change to the mobile version of the service is similar to those made for the desktop recently. At the Google I/O 2013 event, the Internet giant announced a new layout for Google+ with a special emphasis on photos, mimicing Facebook and Pinterest. The update announced at the event included 41 new features, including larger photos, automatic addition of related hashtags, and multi-column layout.
Google earlier this week rolled out these updates to the Android version of Google+. The Google+ for Android v4.0 has such new features as auto-highlight and auto-enhance functionality, which automatically edit pictures as well as lets you choose which in the lot are the most interesting for the uploads.
